Orders & Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on orders under $35. Orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Returns & Refunds
To support environmental sustainability, we only accept digital returns. If your product is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and photos.
Refunds are processed once approved and may take additional time depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
