Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship to U.S. territories or outlying islands, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
We also do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- We Ship via USPS and other major U.S. carriers as needed
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real time to stay updated on its delivery status.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us for assistance.
