Refund policy

At UNIFON, we are committed to customer satisfaction while upholding environmental sustainability. Please review our policy below before requesting a refund or replacement.


Order Cancellations & Changes

To cancel or modify an order, please email service@unifon.com within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Orders canceled before shipping: Full refund will be issued.

  • Orders canceled after shipping (unused and unopened items): Follow our standard return process; customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

 

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds and replacements are available in the following cases (within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery):

  • The item received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing.

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

  • Change of mind (item must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping costs apply).

 

Please contact us at service@unifon.com within 15 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


Return Fee

Return shipping costs are covered by UNIFON if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective. For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may appear in your account within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

 

Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect address, unavailable recipient), we will notify you. Please respond within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in your order being forfeited without compensation. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

 

 

Important Notes

If you encounter a quality issue, submit a claim within 15 days of delivery. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted. Claims must include supporting photos or videos for verification.
